What kind of media institution might distribute your music magazine and why?

I chose Cande Nast Publications as they do sell magazines already so they're successful area of marketing could help my magazine to get recognised in the competitive market. However, even though they do publish magazines they do not sell any music magazines whatsoever, so this will also benefit my magazine as it will be easier to get noticed, and could also benefit the company as they will get more people buying magazines and recognise their name too. So really, I'm choosing an older publication due to the experience and help it could give me to advertise my magazine, but I'm also helping the company to renew their name by attracting a younger target audience and probably make them more money.

Here are some of the magazines that they publish:

As you can see they have various amounts of different magazine genres, but they are all similar in a way of fashion, health and beauty (men's beauty/health magazines too). There are some exceptions when it comes to the home furniture magazine and the game magazine. The game magazine genre is new as Conde Nast have started to take on more modern and digital approaches to widen their audience and retail.

I also recieved feedback for my contents page, so I have added "Erica Sweet." to the contents page, took some of the red out and put "Yes please!" on the left hand side.

Here you can see that I have changed the font of my double page masthead and added a "bubble" this is to make it appeal to my audience more but to also break up the colours a little.
